But seriously. If you’re in the Potter Fandom, you may have already seen the film. If not, no spoilers here, just this: If the film-makers set out to make a roller-coaster ride of a movie, where all the kids quite obviously have to grow up through the course of the film, then they did a fine job.

It’s not the book. How could it be? The book is a freakin’ mini-series on paper. The movie is great. Those kids have grown up nicely (truly, in all the promo materials they seem to be so…normal) and the adults are all (as you can imagine) wonderful.
