Listener Amy (Of   Amy’s Craft Blog) went and wrote a book! It’s called “When Autumn Leaves.”
Love it!
Checkout her site and prepare to get your copy!

On another note, for those of you who are also listeners, there are new instructions up at the Craftlit site explaining how to fix your iTunes feed. There will be an easier way…soon…but for now, this is the best I can do.

It’s a long and sad story.

On a happier note, knitting and CD burning are going along swimmingly. I have many many many CDs of Craftlit (book by book, seven volumes!), have many many many sock heels knit, am perking along with a Plug-n-play shawl (pattern by Knitty Amy, yarn from Meg at The March Hare on Etsy) and the wedding shawl too. Still debating whether to bring wedding shawl to Sock Summit…probably not.

Made a pair of complete socks for The Husband. I owed him a pair. About a hundred years ago I started a pair of socks for him. This was early on when I was still twisting stitches (combined knitting…which is trouble in the round). The yarn was too fat, the needles too small, and everything was slanted.
So.
The socks are still OTN…but they will be ripped.
Soon.

This time I used some Mission Falls 136 in a manly taupe and black colorway and turned with a Welsh heel.

LOVEly. I’ll get pics up here when I can figure out how to blog by mail. It’s not as easy on a WordPress.org blog…which this one is.

In some ways I’m a wee bit sorry I switched to a WP blog…it’s definitely more of a time-sink-hole than Blogger. But, then again, I do have more control.

¿C’est la guerre, non?
