Over at The Cracked Kettle there’s a taste test going on.
I’m willing to bet everyone has AT LEAST one friend who’s gotta live gluten-free. Holidays are a lousy time to have to avoid gluten. Thank goodness, then, there’s a quick-and-dirty way to make chocolatey holiday cookies that are safely gluten free that you can give to a soon-to-be-eternally-grateful friend.
No one brings GF cookies to a party.
Why not be the first!
Super easy recipe with super nummy ingredients. Just be sure you don’t make these while you’re making gluten-ful foods. Even a poof of flour landing in the gluten-free bowl is enough to make a Celiac very very ill (thus the few restaurants that tout gluten free meals. Cross-contamination is all too easy).
Happy holiday cooking!
