I feel like I’ve been running in place for a really long time. Well…a year. It FEELS like a long time.
I moved my blogs over to a site I own and started the WordPress.org blogs and within two months the shownotes for the podcast had ground to a halt. I’ve had to break, replace, and do everything except purchase a new domain. I’ve spent, by my calculations, over 36 complete and actual hours on the phone with “tech support”—though often I knew more than they did (which was scary, let me tell you). I can’t even believe how much time and effort was sucked up by the maintenance.
But I think I solved the problem.
No, really.
And I feel so relieved. Today I was able to add to the site too. And it STILL didn’t break. Feels like a good day even though I heard back (negatively) from one of the three agents. One down, two to go, I guess.
Off to write a little on my e-book and knit a little on my sock design.
