Welcome to Mama O Knits Too Much!
What you’ve landed on here is my blog where I chat about knitting, spinning, family, cooking (newly gluten-free, too), and… whatever else pops into my head.
In the sidebar you’ll find links to some tutorials I’ve created as well as other projects I’m working on. For example…
- I have a free audiobook podcast with a huge library of previous episodes. The ‘cast is called CraftLit: A Podcast for Crafters Who Love Books (though you don’t have to be crafty to listen)
- I’m editing and designing for a new book of patterns called What Would Madame Defarge Knit: Creations Inspired by Characters from Classic Fiction
- I have a tutorial service. In my previous life I was a high school English teacher and university writing and rhetoric teacher. The commute to the school turned out to be not-so-cost-effective in these hard times, so I’ve taken my teaching online. More convenient for all of us.
- I have plays and ebooks to offer (not to mention CDs and Ts). Right now, we’re focusing on the plays and free monologues.
The home page here at Mama O Knits shows the most recent posts. Older posts can be accessed via the sidebar archive navigation. So…enjoy!
