I rather snorted about the &#8220;ultimate&#8221; part.<br \/>\nBut.<br \/>\nI started taking notes early on. Tonight I made the turkey, gravy, cranberries, and (Gasp) the steamed pudding.<br \/>\nI usually loathe puddings like that.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m SO in love right now. I made mine gluten free by taking 100g of my fave all purpose GF flour plus a little xanthan gum and a tsp of baking powder sifted together to make GF self rising flour. Then I followed the recipe from the show.<br \/>\nBrilliant.<br \/>\nJust stunning. Light. Fruity.
