End of my romance with math…or my infatuation that turns out to be completely misleading like how that guy was who I dated while I was teaching at the reading school who… um…TMI? Infatuation? Maybe. Because I fooled myself into thinking I could balance my checkbook if I understood Flatland. There is no Transitive Property in my life.
The Lightning Thief (by Rick Riordan)! Read the book…not so much the movie thing…
And that’s about it! Have a great time until I get back with Persuasion (thanks Meg!).
Don’t forget the February Incentive book: I <heart> Patchwork! And congrats to Marianne of CA who won Enchanted Adornments, the January Incentive book!
Halfway across the globe
And we’re standing on new ground
Screaming ‘cross the waves
You can’t hear a sound
There’s no fair trials, no trade, no liberties
No tea
We’ve colonized America; we won’t stand for tyranny,
Oh king
And it’s too late to apologize
It’s too late
I said it’s too late to apologize
It’s too late
We’ve paid your foolish tax, read the acts
And they just won’t do
We want to make it clear, we believe this much is true
All men were created with certain
Unalienable rights
Among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit Of happiness
And it’s too late to apologize
It’s too late
I said it’s too late to apologize

CraftLit™ is a free podcast for readers whose hands are too busy to hold a book.
[audio:http://media.libsyn.com/media/craftlit/CraftLit.mp3]
Do I need to be crafty to listen?
No.
Do I need to like books?
Yep.
The podcast's format is a book-on-tape with benefits. You'll hear light crafty talk first, then the host, Heather Ordover, 'gently teaches' the next chapter(s) of a piece of classical fiction--currently The Scarlet Letter.
How Do I Listen?
You can click How to Subscribe above for detailed instructions, subscribe at iTunes, or DIY and click on Library above for links to all mp3 files.
